How far will you travel?
We are based in South Bay, San Jose, California, and we travel in a 40 mile radius at no additional cost.
For a destination wedding (out-of-state/ country)? Absolutely! We do weddings all around the world and we travel to cover weddings in all types of culture creating the best possible wedding experiences for you. Our destination wedding photography packages are simply our packages plus the cost of travel and reasonable accommodations if necessary.
How many hour of photography service do I really need?
All wedding packages include 1 hour consultation via Zoom/ Facetime or at a local coffee shop (San Jose). I will show my full portfolio and we will discuss the timeline and other details.
We wish we could meet with you, but we don’t live in San Francisco or California. Is there an alternative?
The majority of our couples hire us without an in-person meeting. We are very quick, and very thorough, with emails and are able to answer most questions that way. However, we are happy to talk with you on the phone or schedule a FaceTime / Zoom video meeting. A lot of our out-of-town clients have done this, and we love it! We can always find a time and method that works!
How much does it cost for the digital files and copyright?
All of our packages include high resolution digital files (JPEG) at no extra cost. We include a personal use license in our packages to ensure you have the right to create as many prints as you'd like and share your wedding story with families and friends.
How do we pay you?
We accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and personal check.
An initial 40% deposit is due at the time of booking, this secures your date in my calendar so it is yours. The remainder is due 30 days prior to the scheduled wedding date, or we reserve the right to cancel the scheduled wedding without notice.
How soon do we need to reserve our date?
To be fair for everyone, we can only reserve a specific date/time for your wedding when the deposit is received. The sooner you book the better! You never know when the next bride will be there to grab your date.
When will we get our wedding photos?
Since we take a lot of time and care into editing ALL of the photos, the turn-around time is roughly 4 to 6 weeks after the wedding day. We will contact you and send you a link once they are ready to be downloaded online.
